Q: What time should my container be put out for a trash pick up?

A: We prefer and always ask that you have your container out the night before pickup to ensure that it will never be left behind In most areas we ask that it be out no later than 5:00 a.m. If your container is missed, call our office to reschedule your pick up.

Q: Can you provide me with more than one refuse container?

A: Yes, if you do need one, we can provide more than one container for you. Please call our office for pricing and availability.

Q: Do you have bulk trash pick up service?

A: Yes we do have a bulk trash pick up available in the Phoenix and Tucson areas. We also have bulk trash pick up in Sun Lakes as well. We will pick up just about anything, please call our office for pricing or to schedule.

Q: Do you give refunds?

A: We will provide customer refunds under the right circumstances. Yes, please call our office for further details about our refunds.

Q: What is your holiday schedule?

A: Our holiday trash pick up schedule is as follows:

Bulk Trash Pickup Schedule

Q: What if my garbage can is damaged, stolen or broken:

A: If your container is damaged, stolen or broken please call the office so we can schedule a fix or replacement.

Q: What if my pick-up was missed?

A: If your pick-up was missed please call the office right away, and we will reschedule as soon as possible.

Q: How does your vacation policy work?

A: You are required to call our office or go online and submit the date you are leaving and the date you are returning. Must be 30 days or more to place an account on hold.

Q: Does your company actually recycle my recyclable material?

A: We are very proud of our customers that recycle, and are happy that we can provide most of our customers with recycle services.  We care about the environment as much as our customers do. Your recyclable material is taken to three different locations, in the Phoenix metro area it is taken to United Fibers, in Tucson it is taken to Friedman Recycle or ReCommunity Recycling.
